DIRECTOR OF SCIENTIFIC AFFAIRS FLOW CYTOMETRY
Virginia Litwin, Ph.D.
Dr. Virginia Litwin recently joined Eurofins BioPharma Services, Clinical Trial Testing, and Supplies as a Director in Scientific Affairs. She is an internationally recognized thought leader in translational cytometry. In collaboration with scientists from the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS), the International Society for the Advancement of Cytometry (ISAC), the International Clinical Cytometry Society (ICCS), and the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI), she has been instrumental in the publication of consensus guidance documents for validation and standardization in flow cytometry.
Virginia was a founding member of both the ICCS Women in Cytometry and ISAC’s CYTO Women. She is not only an active mentor and sponsor for women in her field but also interacts with school-age children about careers in science.
VICE PRESIDENT AND BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER (BUMA)
Crystal Marti
Crystal Marti is the Vice President and Business Unit Manager for Eurofins Viracor BioPharma Services. She provides oversight and leadership for Science, Operations, Project Management, and the biopharma laboratory including sample management and testing, and is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction as well as quality and regulatory compliance in operational support of clinical trials. Ms. Marti has held many leadership positions within the laboratory since joining the company in 2007 and has contributed to the onboarding of numerous technologies and platforms specializing in implementing new workflows and process improvements. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Missouri, Kansas City.

Ingrid Janssens-Müller
Ingrid Janssens-Müller is the Managing Director, Europe for Eurofins Central Laboratory. She provides oversight and leadership for operations in Europe and is a member of the Senior Leadership of ECL. 25 years ago, Ingrid started in the laboratory and has held many leadership positions within Eurofins Central Laboratory since joining the company in 1998. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Chemistry. Since Ingrid was young, she always had a passion for Science and Mathematics and for supporting people in developing themselves. She is excited to use those skills in her current position.
Eurofins Central Laboratory is supporting new drug development. Behind every sample is a life. All our teams are interconnected and essential components to support the development of new therapeutics and cures.
